Where Have You Been?

Where Have You Been?

I’ve gotten this question a couple of times in regards to me posting on my blog. I’m sorry y’all. I know I’ve said it time and time again but, for real, ya girl has been busy. 🤦🏾‍♀ So much has been going on in my life that I’m still working on managing everything. But, I’m still here, I promise. It’s just that carving out the time to sit down and write has proven almost impossible over the last couple of weeks…months? Has it really been that long since my last post? Ugh. I need to do better. But let me give y’all a quick rundown of everything that’s been going on. Continue reading “Where Have You Been?”

Repost: We Really Need To Talk About This

Repost: We Really Need To Talk About This

Back in September, I wrote a post for Suicide Awareness Month. With May being Mental Health Awareness Month, I think this is a great opportunity to repost it for those who haven’t had the chance to read it.

September 15th, 2017: We Really Need To Talk About This.

Please know you are not alone. Many battle mental health issues and even though it may be difficult to talk about, talking makes it easier.

If you need help, please reach out to someone you trust and check out my Resources page.

Also, anyone who knows me personally knows how often I tell people that no matter our relationship, no matter how long it’s been, I’m always available and willing to listen. I extend this to my followers as well. Talking builds a healthy relationship with yourself and those around you. I am not a professional but, if you ever need someone to talk to or just listen, I’m here for you. You can send me an email at sorespotsandfoggythoughts@gmail.com. Everything will remain private unless I feel you or those around you are in potential danger.
